Deposits: 50 percent due in advance to guarantee your reservation--balance due upon arrival. Cancellations or Refunds: If you cancel 2 weeks or more before your reservation begins, your deposit will be returned. If you cancel less than 2 weeks before your reservation date, you will be charged 50% of the reserved dates. If we must cancel your reservation due to an unforeseen emergency on our part, your entire deposit will be refunded.

Policies: Check in time is 2 pm for new arrivals Check out time is 10 am for departing guests Parking is provided in assigned areas for two vehicles per cabin. Additional trailer parking and/or vehicle parking can be requested. Additional vehicle parking is also available at the nearby Winter Sports Parking area. A 10 MPH speed limit from the Forest Service 500 main road to the property must be observed by all vehicles. Smoking outside only.  Sorry, no pets. Guest are limited to the occupancy specified. Trash must be maintained in the areas provided due to animal control (or the lack of it).
